For Beta Pro customers, if the first report does not identify at least five clear local opportunities, competitive threats, or visibility/reputation observations, customers may request a refund of the first month within 7 days of receiving the first report.
Customers may cancel future monthly billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous months unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.
